Terms of Service

These terms of service govern the purchase of SimpleBase products through our online store. By using the store and completing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.
1. General provisions
The online store is operated by SimpleBase. All prices are quoted in euros and include 25% Croatian VAT unless otherwise stated. The store runs on the Shopify platform, and payment is processed through Shopify checkout.
2. Pricing and payment
Product prices include 25% Croatian VAT. VAT is calculated on the total order value including shipping. Payment can be made by cash on delivery, as well as by card and other electronic payment methods offered by Shopify Payments. A VAT invoice will be sent to the customer's email after the order.
3. Shipping
We deliver throughout the Republic of Croatia. The shipping cost is 10.00 €. Delivery time is usually 2–5 business days, depending on product availability and location.
4. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the goods are defective or incorrect.
5. Returns and complaints
Complaints are accepted within two years of purchase in accordance with consumer protection regulations. A receipt and description of the defect are required. Returns are possible after prior notice by email.
6. Privacy
Customer personal data is used solely for order processing, delivery and communication. Data is not shared with third parties except for courier services and payment processors necessary to fulfill the order.
