We collect the data you enter when ordering: name, delivery address, email address and phone number. Payment data is processed exclusively by the payment provider via Shopify checkout — we never have access to your card details.

We use your data exclusively to process and deliver orders, issue invoices, communicate about your order and fulfil legal obligations (e.g. accounting and tax regulations).

We process data on the basis of contract performance (your order), legal obligations (invoices, VAT) and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiries.

We share data only with service providers necessary to fulfil your order: delivery services, payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal) and our accounting service. We do not sell data to third parties.
